I really love this idea! There is a need for fresher fast food restaurants and this would definitely be a filling and healthier option to fast food. I like that you reflected on previous comments and addressed the possible barriers others saw and provided solutions for them. I would love to visit your business if it were to be implemented. Great job! Here's the link to my post as well if you're interested!http://rachelcmead.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no-2.html
I don't eat Sushi but I know from my friends that sitting down or picking up Sushi is often a tedious, drawn out process. I would definitely be concerned with the quality but as long as you attract initial customers and keep serving them delicious, uncontaminated fish, you should be fine. You had a great delivery to your pitch and the idea of having a certain element of unpredictability within your menu is awesome.
Interesting idea you have Lauren. I agree that there needs to be more healthy and fresh fast food restaurants. This is definitely a need that needs to be addressed and improved. Your pitch had great delivery and definitely gave me inspiration in wanting to pursue and support this business.

Hi Lauren, I really enjoyed your elevator pitch. I think you have such a great idea, offering a healthier option for fast food. Our country definitely needs something like this to combat with the obesity. I agree with Ryan about the concern in quality if it is too cheap.
