Hi Lauren! I think you did a great job taking into account all of the feedback you received on the previous pitches and are working to make the necessary changes. I think the specials menu would be great idea to add some diversity to the menu and allow customers to switch things up once in a while. I can see how it might be a challenge to always rely on customer word of mouth, so maybe there could be something that can help provide tangible evidence of the freshness and other qualities of the sushi? Keep up the good work! Good job! I'm going to be honest -- i very much dislike sushi. That being said, I have a lot of friends and family who would literally die for some good sushi especially if its fast, friendly and convenient service. You definitely have a great idea here, if you can get the right branding / marketing behind this, I'm sure you'll have no problem with liftoff.
